开场白

Hi my name is Pok Kobkongsanti, my company is called Trop Terrains and Open Space. Welcome to my house.

大家好！我是泰国景观设计公司TROP创始人Pok我的公司名叫T.R.O.P.: Terrains and Open Space欢迎来到我家。

Pok先生分享TROP公司的设计理念；

Our company is called Trop Terrains and Open Space.

我们公司名叫T.R.O.P.: TERRAINS AND OPEN SPACE。

We use terrains and open space to create interesting experience for our garden users.

我们利用地形和开放空间来为花园使用者创造更有趣的空间体验。

Our company is quite small, we have 20 somthing people in Bangkok,Thailand.

我们公司比较小，大概20人左右，驻扎在泰国曼谷。

And each project we try to create a unique design using our design process  to create interesting landscape for our clients.

在每个项目我们都致力于用独一无二的设计方法为户主创造有趣的景观空间。

Pok先生选择景观设计行业的初衷，以及个人对建筑景观的设计理念和生活的态度；

It is a difficult question. Why I choose Landscape? I didn’t really choose landscape architecture as my profession.

这是个很难的问题。为什么我选择景观，我并没有选择景观作为我的专业。

I was more about luck because I skip two years in high school, so I didn’t know much about what to choose.

我很幸运，因为我在高中时跳了两级,我对选择哪个专业并没有太多概念。

Then my friends choose architecture so I followed them to choose architecture as my first choice.

我的朋友选择了建筑学，所以我追随他们选择了建筑学作为我的第一专业

But I didn’t get architecture because I didn’t prepare. And I get the score of Landscape architecture haha.

但是我没有被建筑学录取，因为我没有准备，但是我的分数达到了景观建筑的要求。

So it was like a lucky, I didn’t really prepare, then somehow I was still in the landscape architecture.

我很幸运，并没有准备，但是从此我真正的踏上了景观建筑师的道路。

It was a choice that change my life. I didn’t know much about garden, even architecture.

而这个选择改变了我的人生。我之前并不是很懂花园也不是很懂建筑。

I am more about drawing because I like drawing for design, but I don’t know how to design.

我更关注的是美术，我喜欢用画画来表达设计，但是我不知道如何设计。

So at school, at Chulalongkorn, they teach me how to design and how to make design works.

在朱拉隆功大学，老师们教我如何设计，如何让设计生效。

Then I study at The Harvard University and I become a little bit more creative. And I use the two background, one for the practical side, solving problems,, and creative side, to come up with the new idea together to design the landscape.

接着在哈佛的学习让我变得更加有创造力，这两个地方的学习让我一方面能够解决实际的设计问题，另一方面让我有创新的想法，二者结合来做我的景观设计。 Before I work all the time, I mean work is all my life at that time, I worked till 1 am to 2 am, for like almost 20 year.

曾经有段时间，工作是我生活的全部，我每晚都工作到凌晨一到两点钟，这样的生活持续了差不多二十年。
